摘要
产业集群在其集聚区内所产生的集群效应能够充分发挥区域内各种资源要素的整合功能,提高整体生产效率,降低经营成本,产生持续的区域创新能力,使得本地区在区域间的竞争中呈现出强大的竞争优势。培育以产业集群为基础的有区域竞争优势战略已成为我国各地制定区域经济发展政策的重要内容。
The industrial cluster gathers the effect which can display the total ability of various resources.It enhances the productivity and reduces the cost of operation.At the same time,it has regional innovative ability and presents the competitive advantages in the competition between regions.So how to cultivate the cluster's regional competitive advantages becomes more and more important to each region of our country.
