摘要
高级营销技术应用型人才的供需矛盾,给高职营销专业教育提出了教学改革研究课题。文章从教师、教学和教材三个方面探讨高职营销专业人才培养目标的实现,并根据营销专业的教学特点要求,从课程体系、实践教学、教学方法三个方面提出教改设想。
The contradication between the supply and demand of the skilled talents brings a new question to the teaching reform of marketing major in vocational colleges. This paper discusses how to realise its talent training goal from the teacher, teaching and textbook.Besides,it also puts forward many reasonable proposals from the course system, practice teaching and teaching methods according to the demand of marketing teaching characteristics.
