International terrorism has been threatening the peace and the security of the whole world, and the objection to the international terrorism has become a global question that countries around the world have cared about together. Therefore, the international community has made a series of treaties and formed a set of legal systems. The expatiation of prevention and purishment of terrorism to the legal system is beneficial to the judicial practice which our country attacks at present.
