摘要
工程造价是建设工程中的一项重要环节,在市场经济体制下工程造价的改革、发展势在必行。本文从投资主体变化的要求,价格取向变化的要求,工程造价咨询机构的发展与行业制度的完善等方面阐述了工程造价的发展趋势。
the structuring coast is an important sector in building engineering.The structuring price should reform and develop in market economic condition.This paper expatiates development trend of the structuring coast from some aspects that include requisition of investing subject,change of price trend, consults organization of structuring coast developing,and perfecting institution in building engineering field.
