摘要
介绍F124型四运算放大器1 000 h高温贮存前后4组γ总剂量辐射试验的结果,包括静态异地测试试验、动态原位测试试验结果。对4组试验数据进行对比和分析,最后对结果进行讨论。提出"辐射可靠性"的概念。
The experiment results of F124 4-operational amplifier, under 4 groups total radiation doses at high temperature before and after storage of 1 000 h, including static ex situ test and dynamic in situ test, are introduced. The 4 groups testing data are analyzed. The analytic results are discussed. The concept of radiation reliability is presented.
