摘要
某公司为铁路车辆生产车轴轴承内圈,在某次生产中发现其磷化膜颜色发红。通过采用SEM形貌观察、能谱分析等方法并结合实际生产情况对红色磷化膜进行了分析研究,结果表明红色磷化膜中存在含有K、Ca的化合物等正常颜色磷化膜中没有的相,这就是磷化膜颜色发红的原因。
Abnormal reddish surface of the phosphating film was found in rail vehicle bearings produced by one factory.Based on SEM Morphology analysis,energy spectrum analysis and actual production status,the paper shows that the chemical compounds consisting of K and Ca exist in the abnormal phosphating film,which form the main cause for the abnormal reddish suface of the phosphating film.
