摘要
海上溢油表现由多种因素决定.这些因素共同影响了溢油事故的发展、溢油的控制和清理,并最终影响溢油对海洋环境的污染程度.针对不同溢油影响因素,选择不同的控制方法,各种控油设备的正确选择对溢油控制尤其重要.
Oil spills at sea behave quite differently depending on a number of factors.Those factors affect the oil spill,the clean-up of the oil,and the impact on the environment.So it is necessary to take different prevention containment and countermeasures and equipments and resources to deal with oil spill in different circumstance.
