介绍瑞士奶酪(Swiss Cheese)模型原理及其优缺点,运用模型原理,找出海上事故中存在的风险,提出相应的解决方法.通过分析在设置屏障的过程中可能遇到的困难,增强该模型在实际工作中应用的可行性.

This paper attempts to introduce the basic theory and pros and cons of the Swiss Cheese model,further analyze its practical method.Then try to find out the risks which exist in the marine casualty,and corresponding solutions. The paper also tries to improve the feasibility of the Swiss Cheese model in the practical work through the analysis of the challenges encountered in the process of setting barriers.
