Risk rating assessment of hazards on passenger ships safe navigation

通过构建客船碰撞事故树模型,描述基本事件(安全隐患)与事故之间的因果逻辑关系,解析事故发生的各种可能途径.对浙江辖区客船碰撞事故基本事件进行定量分析,运用ALARP风险图确定各安全隐患的风险等级.

By constructing the fault tree model on passenger ship collisions,this paper describes the logic causal relationship between hazardous events(hazards) and the accident,and analyzes various possible ways that accident may happen.Then quantitative analysis has been conducted on hazardous events of passenger ship collisions under the Jurisdiction area of Zhejiang MSA,and uses of ALARP risk model to determine the risk rating of those hazards.
