《1989年国际搜救公约》设置了特别赔偿费用以补偿救助人员为消除海洋环境污染做出的努力,通过一个案例阐释如何计算特别赔偿费用,同时对特别赔偿费用的优缺点进行一些探讨.
The International Convention on Search and Salvage 1989,established the special compensation to remedy the salvor from reducing or eliminating pollution of the marine environment.This essay tries to describe how to calculate the special compensation through a case study,meanwhile,this essay makes some comments on the special compensation's advantages and deficiencies.
