本文根据三十万吨大化肥机械设备102JT、103JT汽轮机转子五、六、七级叶片用钢2Cr12NiMo1W1V热处理的实践,通过对热处理质量问题的分析和处理;论述了在正确的热处理工艺条件下,热处理操作控制是获得稳定的热处理质量的重要环节。
This article introduces the heat treatment practice of 2Cr12NiMolWlV steel used for No. 5,6, and 7 blades of 102JT、103JT steam turbine in 300,000 tons fertilizer equipment, presents that under right heat treatment progress conditions, heat treatment control is the important tache to get stable heat treatment quality.
