2002年9月黑龙江省教育厅转发了国家教育部制定的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》,对现行高校体育课程进行全面的改革。在学习和体验文件精神的基础上,对体育课程教学内容改革进行理论性探讨,就改革的指导思想、原则和内容提出个人的观点。

In Spetember, 2002 the Education Department of HeiLongjiang Provice transmitted the Guiding Programme of Physical Training Teaching in Higher Learning drawn by the National Education Department,and began conducting the reform in current physical training courses' in colleges and universities. This article theoretically deals with the reform of the content of physical training coursecs and puts forward some individual viewpoints on guiding ideology, principle and courses offered of reforming
