辅助器械在跨栏教学中提高女生学习积极性的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据在跨栏跑教学中学生对跨栏跑学习普遍存在的恐惧心理现象,教学实践中采用具有针对性地辅助器械教学法,结果表明:合理使用辅助器械的教法能有效地克服心理恐惧,提高女生的学习兴趣和效率;有助于学生掌握跨栏跑技术和提高运动成绩。
