摘要
为适应学习型社会,满足21世纪人才素质结构的要求和符合普通高校体育教育功能的特点要求,结合教学实践,就体育素质教育的内容之一——终身体育能力培养作为突破口,对普通大学生终身体育能力构成的要素和大学生终身体育能力培养做了阐述。
