摘要
对黑龙江工程学院学生参加课外体育锻炼的心理从体育锻炼动机、体育锻炼项目及体育锻炼量3个方面进行问卷调查,并进行差异分析,建议学院领导对课外体育活动重视、提供体育锻炼足够器材和场地、体育教师参与学生的课外体育活动、辅导学生锻炼、开设3—4年级的体育课。
This article researches into the three aspects of the sports motives, the sports events and the sports training quantity of the students taking part in astracurricular sports training and analyzes the differences by the questionaire. The author suggests that the leader of the college should pay attention to the extracurricular sports and provide the enough equipment and area. The teachers also should participate in the extracurricular sports with the students,give them the guidance in training and offer a course in P.E. in Grades 3 and 4.
