针对自我效能感与学生速滑学习成绩之间的关系进行研究分析,研究结果表明,自我效能感影响学生滑冰学习效果和滑冰成绩,自我效能感高的学生滑冰成绩好,而低者则差,建议在冰上教学中注意运用这一心理学知识,提高教学效果。

According to the research analysis of the relationship between self- efficiency and speed skating of students,the resul; shows that self- efficiency has an effect on the skating result and level of students. That' s also to say that the students with a higher self- efficiency make a faster progress than those lower ones. In brief skating teaching should be advised to make good use of psychological knowledge to gain better teaching results.
