衡量收入分配差距的大小,国际上通用的指标是基尼系数,基尼系数越大,说明居民收入差距越大。我国最近几年基尼系数已经超出了合理标准,已经引起了许多社会问题。解决收入差距过大问题最主要的是从几个方面入手:一要依法保护合法收入;二要坚决取缔非法收入;三要通过税收手段调节过高收入;四要帮助收入水平低的家庭尽快脱贫致富。

Gini Coefficient is an internationally commonly applied measurement of evaluating individual income gap, and the bigger the number is, the bigger gap it implies. In recent years, China's Gini Coefficient has exceeded the normal standard, and thus has caused a lot of social problems. The following measures can be taken to solve the problems. The first is to protect legal incomes; the sceond is to crack down on illegal incomes; the third is to rectify individual incomes with taxation leverages and the fourth is to help low-income families out of poverty.
