为认真贯彻十六大精神,坚持教育创新,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,尽快把学院建设成为全国示范性职业技术学院,院党委必须坚持把提高教学质量作为中心工作,在树立教育创新观念,提高教学质量和管理水平,在办出特色上,在落实《关于落实市教委“十二条”,加强学院教学工作,提高教学质量的若干意见》上狠下功夫。

In order to seriously carry out the spirits of 16th National Congress of CCP, continue education innovation, go deep into education reformation, push forward the quality education, build our institute into nation's demonstration of Vocational and Technical Institute, the Party Committee of our ins'titute must continue taking improving education quality as central task, make great efforts to set up the concept of education innovation, improve teaching quality and managing level, show our characteristics, fulfill 'On fulfilling the Twelve Points of Educational Administration of Beijing City', reinforce teaching of our institute, and improve education quality.
