摘要
澳大利亚TAFE学院严格规范了教师的职责、作用、培训及其聘用的资格与程序,对我国高等职业教育有一定的借鉴意义。
The article introduces strictly standardized responsibilities, functions, qualifications, recruitment process and ways of training for teachers in Australian TAFE Institution. It is helpful to teachers' training of China's higher vocational education as reference.
