The communication inside hetero - systems is the key problem in building the distribution system. This article presents a new technology used in the building of the distribution system, Web Services ,and its virtues. Based on an example of E - business system, we present the key steps using the popular web services development platform, Microsoft. Net and J2EE,to deploy a interoperable system which can run in Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux operation system.
