青年乳癌47例X线特点

The X-ray Analysis of 47 Young Women With Breast Cancer

目的 探讨青年乳癌X线表现,以提高其诊断准确率。方法 回顾性分析我院病理证实47例年龄小于35岁女性乳癌X线表现,47例全部经手术切片证实。结果 47例乳癌病人中包块型11例,结节型23例,浸润型6例,钙化型3例,结构紊乱2例,导管单支扩张1例,血管异常1例。结论 轮廓模糊结节者为常规青年乳癌X线征象。

Objective To improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis for young female breast cancer. Methods The mammary imagining manifestations of 47 patients who are young female with breast cancers were retrospectively analyzed. All cases are proved by surgery and pathology. Results The masses are 11 cases; nodules are 23 cases ;infiltrations 6 cases ;calcifications 3 cases;the tortuous or disturbing of mammary gland architectures 2 cases,single dilated mammary ducts 1 case;abnormal vessel 1 case. Conclusion The typical X-ray signs of young women's breast cancers are nodules with indistinct outlines.
