谈大学生择业心理与就业观教育

On college student's psychology on choosing occupation and instruction on idea of obtaining employment

择业是大学生人生道路上的一个转折点,因其重要而引发大学生复杂的择业心理,表现于心态矛盾、期望过高、不分正业的三类心理。引起此类择业心理的因素主要是由社会环境及个性所造成,解决这种心理压力的办法是需要加强就业观教育、综合素质教育、择业观教育以及正确自我评价。

Choosing cocupation is a very important thing for a college student and always engenders complicated problems on choosing cooupation,like conflict in psychology;desiring what too much to him;not attending to his proper works and duties.And these problems are engendered by social environment and personality.The countermeasure to decrease this kind pressure of psychology is to strengthen instruction on idea of obtaining employment;education of comprehensive quality and correct self evaluation.
