基层党支部书记的岗位是重要而光荣的,十六大党章向每一个基层党的支部书记提出了更高的要求。本文就党支部书记岗位责任的义务性、影响力的非权力性、角色的多重变换性和岗位职能的组织协调性进行了探讨。
