With the rapid development of computer network, conventional service mode of libraries is encountering a great impact. In this paper, the author studies on innovations of service mode of libraries in universities and colleges under computer network environment with the purpose of making the librarians who work for information convert their traditional concepts to form a completely new thinking mode of market concepts.
