摘要
深度效益是一种在现代信息技术支持下,以挖掘和跟踪为手段的银行销售模式。它在对最小的个体客户服务中通过服务深度和广度的拓展追求新的效益,“深度效益”观给商业银行带来很多变化:一是从传统的注重交易转变为注重客户关系和客户价值;二是由被动处理交易转变为主动营销客户。
The depth of benefit by the means of tapping and tracking is a bank sales mode, which is supported by information technology. It seeks the new results through depth and breadth of service extension to the smallest individual customers. Therefore, the sense of 'depth of benefit' brings commercial banks a number of changes: The customers' relationship and valuation has been transformed into traditional trade; and the trades dealt with passively into marketing customers actively.
