The traditional teaching mode, which teaching knowledge is the major task in English, lack classroom interaction. So, it results in the students' poor performance in listening and speaking. To keep abreast of the time, improving the student' s ability in listening and speaking is imperative under the circumstances. Teachers should teach only the essential and assure plenty of practice, cultivating the student' s learning motivations, and thinking ability in English as well.
