本文从经济法的角度,着重阐述在反垄断法中,经济优势地位的界定、滥用经济优势地位的确认、对滥用该优势地位的抗辩与制裁。并借鉴国外的经济法律和法规来指导我国的反垄断立法,以促进我国反垄断法的出台。

There are three parts in this essay.It mainly states how to define the economy dominant position;to confirm the standard of misusing the economy dominant position;To dispute with and punish those who misuse that position from the corner of economic law.We can learn from foreign laws and rules to enact our antitrust law.
