摘要
目前,高校学生信息素质不容乐观,据此,图书馆应发挥其作用,培养学生信息意识与信息能力。
The message-quality of the students in Universities and Colleges can not be neglected presently,therefore the library should give the full play to cultivate the consciousness and the ability of the students.
