摘要
高等教育大众化时代的到来,使高等教育的人才观、质量观、教学观产生了深刻的变化,与之相应,班主任的角色也必须进行重新定位,由传统的管理者向服务者和引导者转换,成为大学生人生目标、学习和全面发展的引导者。
The popularization of higher education has brought about a profound change in perspectives in human resources, teaching qualities and teaching methods.Correspondingly,the role of class tutors has to be changed from the traditional role of manager to the supplier and guide of knowledge,who can provide suggestions such as establishing long-term goals,students' learning objectives,and overall development.
