高校德育质量管理是高校管理工作中的重要组成部分。企业全面质量管理的全面性、全程性、全员性等特点与高校德育管理有极大的相似之处。将企业界的全面质量管理思想运用到高校德育质量管理中是一种有益的尝试。本文就全面质量管理理论在高校德育管理工作中的应用作一探讨。

Morality control system comprises an important part of administration in higher learning institutions.Morality administration is identical,for most part,to TQC theory mostly applied to industries,in the thorough involvement of aspects, periods and employees(students).Applying TQC theory to morality administration in colleges and universities may be a beneficial step,although the two have some differences.This article discusses the application of TQC theory into morality administration.
