摘要
社会和现代医学发展以及整体护理,要求培养具有综合素质的护理人才,但传统的临床实习模式和临床教学管理,不利于护理本科生综合素质及临床工作能力的培养。为此,必须组建适应新要求的临床带教师资队伍、改革临床带教模式和临床教学管理模式。
The development of our society and medicine as well as that of holistic nursing call for high-quality nursing professionals.However,traditional probation model and teaching management is detrimental to the cultivation of all-rounded nursing undergraduates and their skills in nursing.A teaching team for the probation is in great need,who can meet the new requirement to reform the outdated teaching models.
