THE EFFECTIVENESS OF POST-READING ACTIVITIES

摘要 We've realized the necessity of implementing the four skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in our classroom teaching. But, for numerous reasons, teachers still have difficulties in motivating students to be more active in class. Based on some experiments, this paper tries to disclose that a variety of post-rending activities guided by teachers can offer chances, contents and feasibility for teachers to improve the classroom environment and help students to enhance their reading comprehension as well as their overall language competence. 在我们的外语教学中,尽管我们越来越意识到加强能力培养的重要性,但如何活跃课堂气氛,激活和开发学生开口说英语、用英语的兴趣和能力,仍然是广大教师所面临的难题。作者通过一段时日的实践后发现,在课堂上开展一系列的阅读后活动对于改善课堂环境,提高学生阅读能力及语言综合运用能力都具有极大的有效性和可行性。
