摘要
利用包钢技术中心Φ750 mm×550 mm热轧试验机组,研究TMCP工艺参数对w[C]0.06%~w[Mn]1.45%钢组织和力学性能的影响;通过改变TMCP工艺参数,获得了实验钢的多种强度级别及不同组态,为开发各种级别的低成本高强度复相钢提供实验依据。
With the Φ750×550 mm hot rolling test crew in Technical Center,the impacts of TMCP technological parameters on the structure and mechanical properties of w[C]0.06%~ w1.45% steels are studied.Through changing the TMCP technological parameters,the various grades of strength and different configurations are obtained,which provide the experimental basis for developing various grades of low-cost high-strength steel with complex phase.
