摘要
文章阐述了图书馆在服务经济建设、教学科研、普及科学文化知识等中的作用,并对图书馆利用率进行了简要的论述。提高图书馆的利用率,是图书馆事业立足和发展的根本。
In the paper,it is elaborated the functions of libraries in serving the economic constructions,teaching and scientific researches as well as popularizing the scientific knowledge.Further more,the utilization ratio of libraries are discussed briefly.It is the foundation for libraries to keep a foothold and develop to improve their utilization ratio.
