以脾占位影像为主要表现的胃肠道肿瘤(4例报告并文献复习)
摘要
目的 探讨以脾占位影像为主要表现的胃肠道肿瘤的临床特点及诊治。方法 报告 4例以脾占位影像为主要表现的胃肠道肿瘤的诊治及随访结果。结果 4例均行手术治疗 ,病理报告胃平滑肌肉瘤 2例 ,结肠脾曲类癌和混合性腺癌各 1例。结论 以脾占位影像为主要表现的胃肠道肿瘤术前诊断较为困难 ,预后取决于肿瘤的病理学类型及治疗的及时性。
