多发、双侧输尿管结石腔内弹道碎石治疗分析

TREATMENT OF SINGLE SIDE MULTIPLE URETERAL CALCULI AND DOUBLE SIDES URETERAL CALCULI BY PNEUMATIC BALLISTIC LITHOTRIPTOR THROUGH URETEROSCOPE

目的 探讨在输尿管镜下使用气压弹道碎石机治疗多发及双侧输尿管结石的临床效果。方法 对 1998年 3月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月 ,采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗多发及双侧输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 84例 (114侧 )中 ,74例 (10 2侧 )一次治疗成功 ,成功率为 88.1% ,6例 (6侧 )输尿管镜未能接近结石处 ,4例 (6侧 )因术中结石移位至肾盂而未能完全粉碎。结论 输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗多发及双侧输尿管结石疗效确切 ,多数患者可一次完成全部结石治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the pneumatic ballistic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of single side multiple ureteral calculi and double sides ureteral calculi. Methods\ The clinical data of 84 patients(114 sides) with single side multiple ureteral calculi and double sides ureteral calculi treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotriptor since March 1998 to March 2003 were reviewed. Results\ Among the 84 cases, 74 cases (102 sides) had a satisfactory therapeutic results with the successful rate of 88.1% in the first operation. The placement of ureteroscope was failed in 6 cases (6 sides), and 4 cases (6 sides) were not dealt well. Conclusions\ The treatment of single side multiple ureteral calculi and double sides ureteral calculi with pneumatic ballistic lithotriptor through ureteroscope is reliable and the successful rate is higher for the first operation.
