摘要
目的 探讨体表超声在胃癌分期诊断中的应用价值及临床意义。方法 对 50例体表超声检查诊断胃癌 ,并经胃镜及 (或 )术后病理确诊的病例进行分析研究。结果 50例体表超声诊断胃癌的诊断率 1 0 0 % ,浸润深度与淋巴转移及远处转移符合率 89%。结论 体表超声为胃癌的分期诊断提供重要依据 。
Objective\ To investigate clinical value of body surface ultrasonography (BSU) in the stage′s diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods\ To analyse 50 cases which were diagnosed in body surface ultrasonographic examination and were approved by gastroscope and (or) pathological diagnosis after operation. Results\ The diagnostic coincidence rate of gastric carcinoma by BSU was 100%. The diagnostic coincidence rates of the eroded depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were 89%. Conclusions\ BSU provide important basis of the stage′s diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. It has important clinical values in choosing methods of treatment and judging the prognosis.
