摘要
目的 探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术 (PPH)的相关技术及并发症防治。方法 总结PPH治疗严重Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痔病 4 3例的临床资料。结果 手术时间 10～ 2 0min ,术后平均住院 2～ 5d ,术后 2个月随访 ,满意 37例(86 .1% ) ,基本满意 6例 (13.9% )。无肛门狭窄、无肛门失禁、无复发等并发症。结论 PPH是治疗重度痔的一种安全有效方法 ,术中、术后并发症及疗效与操作技术有关 ,虽有并发症 ,但与传统手术相比并发症轻且少 ,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the related techniques of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) with stapler and the prevention and treatment of complications. Methods A retrospective study was made on 43 cases with internal hemorrhoids of Ⅱ,Ⅲ or Ⅳ stages who received PPH. Results The mean operating time was 10～20 minutes and hospital stay was 2～5 days after operation. 37 of 43 (86.1%) cases were showed satisfactory after 2 months follow-up,6 of 43 (13.9%) cases were basically satisfactory. None of anal stenosis and incontinence or recurrence were found. Conclusion PPH with stapler is safety and effectiveness. The complications and effective are related with the procedure techniques. There are less and small complications compared with traditional method. Thus, it is worthy of further clinical application.
