关于未成年人工作与《儿童权利公约》接轨的思考

Reflection on Teenager's Work and "Children's Right Pledge

1989年11月,联合国大会通过了《儿童权利公约》,全世界有192个国家参加这个公约。1992年,我国政府正式签署参加《儿童权利公约》。纵观我国未成年人政策制定与实施的实际情况,笔者认为应在观念、政策及维权内容等方面加强与《公约》的接轨。

In November, 1998, Children's Right Pledge was passed at the United Nation's meeting. 192 countries in the world joined the pledge.In 1992, the government of our country formally signed it and joined the pledge. Taking the policy and practice for teenagers into consideration, I think we should link our views, policy and content of maintaining children's rights with 'Children's Right Pledge' .
