Interface Design of Automatically P rogramming for Wire Cutting Machine Based on AutoCAD

在分析DXF文件格式、3B指令代码的基础上,提出了基于AutoCAD的线切割自动编程流程,并重点讨论了自动编程过程中的基本加工路线生成、间隙补偿、计数长度计算等关键技术。

On the basis of analyzing DXF file format and 3B NC code,this paper puts forward a wire cutting machine automatic programming flow based on AutoCAD.Some main subjects such as making basic cutting route,counting step and compensating clea rance are discussed.
