在分析核心竞争力的特征和培育途径、信息化策略和现代物流的发展状况的基础上 ,对邮政通过技术创新、管理创新、制度创新 ,改造和完善营业投递终端服务平台、实物传递网络平台、信息网络平台 ,培育和提升核心竞争力 。
It has been analyzed and researched strategically in this paper that postal core competence is fostered and promoted through the innovation of technology, management, institution, and the transform and perfection of business delivery terminal service platform, articles dispatch network platform, information network platform, which based on the analysis of the core competence's features and fostering way, the informationization strategy, and the developing condition of modern logistics.
