左旋氧氟沙星治疗糖尿病合并急性膀胱炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Levofloxacin in Treatment of Diabetes Mellilus Complicated with Acute Cystitis

目的 研究左旋氧氟沙星对糖尿病合并急性膀胱炎的治疗作用。方法 对48例糖尿病合并急性膀胱炎患者口服左旋氧氟沙星200 mg/次,bid,疗程7天。结果 治愈率为85.4％,有效率为93.7％,仅有2例(4.2％)出现了轻度的胃肠道反应。结论 左旋氧氟沙星不仅适用于治疗糖尿病合并急性膀胱炎,而且安全,副作用少。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of levofloxacin in treatment of diabetes mellilus complicated with acute cystitis. Methods 48 patients of diabetes mellilus complicated with acute cystitis were treated with oral levofloxacin in dose of 0. 2,bid,for 7ds. Results A total effective rate of 93. 7% was obtained. Conclusion It is suggested by the result that levofloxacin is a safe and effective agent for treatment of urinary tract diabetes mellilus complicated with acute cystitis.
