人民警察执法越公正 ,其道德价值越大 ,反之越小 ;若不公正 ,则是负价值。道德 ,内在于公正执法 ;公正执法的过程即德化之过程 ;要确保公正执法 ,必须以德治警。

Fair law enforcement of the people's police determines its value.If the law enforcement is unfair,the value will be negative.Morality lies in fair law enforcement.The process is that of being moralized;to ensure fair law enforcement,the police force administration must accord with moral standard.
