从心理学角度 ,对学生体育学习中自我控制能力深入进行分析、研究探讨其优化方向 ,旨在为今后体育课程教学系统的优化提供参考依据。

At present, the cultural phenomena of the public sports are quite distinctive in China, in which there are some non_sports, fashion_seeking tendencies. The author will study this so as to present some reference ideas for the strategy of the right guiding of the public sports.
