学校体育要加强终身体育教育 ,教学方法必须灵活多样 ,为加快职业中专学校体育教学改革的步伐 ,应在职业中专学校中开设体育选修课的新教学模式。总结十多年的教学实践经验 ,阐述开设体育选修课实例 ,教学效果和教学体会 ,为进一步深化职业中专学校体育教学改革提供参考。

The authors sum up their ten years teaching experience in physical education , in order to present the teaching methods in professional secondary school, the example of elective course of P.E and the effect of teaching,which may be used as references for the further reform in the sport teaching of the professional secondary schools.
