In order to solve the problem of the link up in the right leg draw back speed,sliding step and final put,I found that by using the slope timber board as the auxiliary training method,the teaching task can be accomplished effectively and the shot put result is improved as well.We can correct the 'discoherence',which is an easily made mistake in the sliding step shot put.
