山东是农业大省、人口大省 ,增加农民收入 ,缩小城乡差别是新世纪初的主要任务。因此 ,发展山东农业应从调整农业结构 ,构建高效农业体系入手 ,把握农业发展的新趋势 ,积极引导农业剩余劳动力就地转移到乡镇企业与第三产业中去 。

As a big agriculture province with large population,it's main task is to graduely narrow the income gap between the city and the countryside in the early this century.This can be realised by adjusting agriculture structure and establishing the highly effective system.For which,we must master the new trend of argriculture development and actively,locally transfer the surplus labours into the rural-town enterprises and tertiary industry as well as export some labours to other region orderly.
