摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,我国外商直接投资方式发生了巨大的变化 ,由过去的以合资、合作方式为主转变为以独资为主。本文通过比较原因分析得出 ,这次的变化不同于以往 ,主要在于外在因素 ,即跨国公司经营战略的变化。在此基础上 ,作者提出了针对国内企业的相关的建议。
Chinese FDI forms have changed greatly since 1990,and joint-ventures and cooperative businesses have decreased and proprietorships have increased.The essay analyses the cause of the change compared with the preceding change,and draws a conclusion that the cause different from the precedent is the external factor which includes the change of the multinational companies management strategy.
