摘要
在加快农业现代化建设的同时 ,加快城镇化进程是我国经济和社会发展的战略选择。推进城镇化要遵循客观规律 ,不能拔苗助长 ;重点应放在中小城市和中心镇的建设上 ;城市的功能定位和产业重点不能是一个固定模式 ;加快城镇化进程还必须改革城市户籍管理制度 ;逐步建立城乡统一的社会保障制度。
Advancing the process of making city,which focuses on the construction of the midium and small town where the city function and major industry should be diversified as the local rule and concernes about the residential reform as well as the common insurance system,is a economic and soocial straegic choice in China while the argriculture mordernization is speeded up.
