摘要
高等教育大众化,对职业技术学院提出了严峻的挑战,大学生就业已成为刻不容缓的问题。建立新的评价机制,提供高质量的毕业生;引导学生转变就业观念;构筑新的就业桥梁是较好解决当今大学生就业问题的途径。
The popular of higher education brings about higher vocational colleges severe challenges. The employment problem of college students becomes crucial now. Some of the good solutions to the problem are as follows: to set up new assessment system and offer high-quality graduates; to help students change their ideas about employment;to explore new employment area.
